Detailed itinerary

 Day 1: Welcome to Yangon (Meal: Lunch)

Arrive to the airport in Yangon. Meeting your driver and transfer to the city center.

After short rest, then visit Sule Pagoda, Botatung Pagoda, Chaukhtatgyi Reclining Buddha Image, and Shwedagon Pagoda. Overnight in Yangon.

 Day 2: Yangon fly to Mandalay (Meals: Breakfast, lunch)

Take morning flight to Mandalay – the center of Arts & Crafts. Meet and transfer to hotel.

On arrival, our tour guide and driver take you around the city  to visit  Mahamuni Image. Tapestry making home cottage. Marble carving workshop. Gold-leaf Beating workshop, Silk weaving home cottage, Shwenandaw Monastery. Kuthodaw Pagoda and Mandalay Hill. Dinner on guest’s account. Overnight in Mandalay.

 Day 3: Mandalay  – Amarapura – Saging – Mingun (Meals: Breakfast, lunch)

Today, we visit Amarapura inclusive of Mahagandaryone Monastery, U Bein’s Bridge, Wood carving and Bronze casting workshops. Proceed to Sagaing Hill – known as the center for meditation.

Visit Kaungmudaw Pagoda. Pottery Making village and Silver-smith workshops.

Then take a boat trip to Mingun. Sightseeing at Mingun Bell. Patodawgyi Unfinished Pagoda and surrounding villages. Overnight in Mandalay.

 Day 4: Mandalay cruising to Bagan (Meal: Breakfast)

Take the morning boat to Bagan (6.30 – 15.30). On arrival to Bagan, transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Bagan.

 Day 5: Bagan sightseeing (Meals: Breakfast, dinner)

Visit Nyaung Oo Market. Shwezigon Pagoda, Ananda Temple. Kyansitha Umin, Thatbylnnyu Temple.

In the afternoon, visit a Lacquer -ware making home cottage. Manuha Temple. Myinkaba Gubyaukgyi Temple and Dhamayangyi Temple.

 Day 6: Bagan – Popa – Kalaw (Meals: Breakfast, lunch)

Driven to Kalaw. On the way visit Mount. Popa – an extinct volcano known as the place for 37 nats (spirits). Lunch at Popa Mountain Resort Hotel where you will have panoramic views of the surrounding area. Then proceed to Kalaw. Overnight in Kalaw.

 Day 7: Kalaw – Pindaya – Inle (Meals: Breakfast, lunch)

Continue your trip by driving to Pindaya. Sightseeing to Pindaya Cave, traditional Shan paper and Umbrella making villages.

Arriving Inle Lake in the late afternoon. Overnight in Inle

 Day 8: A full day in Inle (Meals: Breakfast, lunch)

Take sightseeing to Lake Inle by boat, visit Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda, Inpawkhone Village, Ngaphechaung Monastery, traditional ways of fishing, and Floating Gardens.

Overnight in Inle

 Day 9: Inle –  Taunggyi – Heho – Yangon (Meals: Breakfast, dinner)

This morning, driven up to Taunggyi Market where one can see the various hill-tribes come down for shopping and selling fresh vegetables and all sorts of regional products.

In the afternoon, fly back to Yangon.

In the evening, take a walk through Town before a farewell dinner and cultural show at Karaweik Palace. Overnight in Yangon.

 Day 10: Yangon and departure (Meals: Breakfast, lunch)

Visit Strand Jetty to witness the daily life of the local people and Yangon’s River. Then visit Gams Mart, and Bogyoke Market – formerly known as Scott Market.

Transfer to the airport in Yangon. End service.
